*All officials are working as "independent contractors," and must provide proof of insurance. Proof of insurance you will provide on this registration.
*By submitting this registration, all official are agreeing to have a complete understanding of the rules of the Bay Area Developmental League. Rules can be found at www.BadgerDLeague.comBADL, and at all sites the day of competition.
